On January 10, we hosted the first ever movement workshop at our clinic. Dr. Aaron covered mobility exercises for the spine and hips, with the goal to equip patients with additional options they can do for self-treatment. The workshop was fun and engaging with time to practice the exercises and be coached by Dr. Aaron. Be on the lookout for more workshops in the future!
