  • Adjustments are performed by applying motion to a joint that isn’t moving properly. Research has shown that it can decrease pain and improve range of motion, restoring natural function at the joint.

  • Dr. Aaron provides a multimodal approach to achieve your goals for treatment, which are explained best in 3 steps:

    1. Reactivation - getting back to normal activities through adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and simple exercises to help feel better and help the area start to function better.

    2. Resilience - becoming better than before by continuing the above treatments as necessary, with more dynamic exercises that improve the body’s tolerance to handle stress.

    3. Variability - prepare for the unexpected by adding load and speed to exercises so the body is prepared for any unexpected task.

    Treatment time and frequency vary. Generally the reactivation phase is 4-6 visits over 1-1.5 month(s). The resilience phase is visit 6-12 over the next 2-4 months. Variability is visits 13-18 over the next 2-4 months.

    Overall, the goal is to create independence and self-efficacy for each patient, which is reflected in each stage of care.

  • If you have pain in your back, neck, shoulder/elbow/wrist, or hip/knee/foot/ankle, there is a strong chance the answer is yes. After a thorough assessment, we will be able to say with more confidence and if we cannot, we will help get you to the right person that can.

  • In the online scheduling section, you can select the visit type you would like. We recommend staying with the doctor you have been seeing but if timing is an issue, we can accommodate accordingly.

  • In short, we are in network with most insurance companies. With many different insurance providers and plans, it is challenging to say with certainty what your specific plan includes. This can be discussed at your first visit. In addition, insurance can, at times, limit the quality of care that is provided by dictating what is and isn’t paid for. Cash payment is available and these details will be discussed at the initial visit. The bottom line is that high quality patient care is our number one priority. It would be a disservice to only provide care that insurance pays for if we know you could benefit from additional services.
